What should the minimum age for executions be set at?

In most states the current minimum age to place someone on death row is 18 years old, while other states have the minimum age set at 16 or 17 years old. I believe, for several reasons, that the minimum age to set a person for execution should be 18 years old. via the death penalty since it is too harsh a penalty for souls that are not yet fully developed. As Erikson said, the age group of 12 to 17 years old experiences a "sensitive sense of existence," evolving self-images and adjustments that I believe should be taken into consideration if placing such a young person on death row. Ultimately, I believe the government should set 18 years old as the minimum age limit to sentence someone to death.
