the team. Strategies for reaching goals are discussed in weekly team meetings. These type of motivating strategies encourage teachers and various school staff that they indeed have a voice within the school that they diligently come to work in for 190 days each year. Encouragement like this is what continues to motivate these individuals including myself to return each year.
