If someone goes on a hill or a high place and has a look at what is going on, down on the vast area, he will see a lot of curved lines that are like snakes, creeping in each other and there are some tiny objects that are moving like thousands of insects. As a result, I think government should spend and even invest more money on public transportation to prevent more pollution in cities and let people live in healthy condition.
Also by improving public transportation we avoid more accidents and consequently decrease death toll.
