Should Smoking be Permitted in Certain Places?
Millions of Americans smoke or at one time have smoked. What effect is their smoke on non-smokers and the environment around them? Yes, no one is stopping them from smoking but that is not the issue. The question is ,however, should smokers be allowed to smoke in places such as restaurants, bars, banks, universities, airports, or large sporting areas and other public places around non-smokers.

If a person chooses to risk their life and smoke they should be allowed to smoke outdoors as long as they respect their surroundings. Inside there should be separate ventilated areas for them if they choose to smoke. However, their should be consequences if they are taking breaks on the job.
