PREJUDICE: In My Own Words Walking down the street, a large variety of people can be seen. have pushed aside my prejudices and took a chance on someone that in my mind wasn't "worthy ". Those people taught me the greatest lessons, lessons in courage, humility, and life. I struggle daily with the task trying to shed the preconceived notions that form my prejudices but to no avail. The only thing I can do is to try overcoming the barriers that my mind has erected against people that are seem different from myself.
