It appears that most adolescent achievement and motivation is influenced by socio-cultural factors that influence adolescent career choice, parents, schools, gender and ethnicity. Perhaps by investing in the adolescent juncture of achievement we are investing in our future society. For, if these adolescents learn the psychological and motivational factors necessary to succeed, we all succeed.
