The Coca-Cola Company has long been one of America's most successful organizations with business partnership in over 200 countries. However, Coca-Cola has had its problems with marketing. The third issue was that of a social nature. Coca-Cola needed an "in-house" person. In that they found Sanjeev Gupta which knew what would work and what was not working within the Indian culture. In my opinion Sanjeev Gupta saved the Coca-Cola Company from missing out on the world's largest market.
