…using a combination of facilities/technology. All in all I can say that without technology as advanced as it is today in the local community, it would be a lot harder to perform certain tasks. Communication would be less reliable and would take longer; security without ICT would be almost totally useless in protecting people/property or identifying criminals; and without GPS buses would be less reliable therefore not allowing people to be as efficient.
