This poem is one of the most important ballads written by Wordsworth because it's a clear example of the main topics of the Romantic poetry in England. Apart from this personification there are also lots of other language devices such as metaphors ("woman beside dancer"), similes, images dealing with the sense of sight and hyperbole. There are also some sound devices like anaphors and alliteration. Language used is rather simple and common, as a Romantic poem should be.
