…entire issue. Money should have nothing to do with issue. The issue should be educational quality. I think the only way a student should be home schooled is if there is a major problem and it would be almost impossible for the student to attend a public or private school. In such cases, the parents should be accredited every year to check for educational quality. This is my opinion on the whole home schooling issue.
