organize my workload by priority. This makes it easier to complete assignments with higher precedence and eliminates backlog, and uncompleted work. In my position, to lead is to be able to ask for assistance from other teammates to get the work done. This keeps communication open between employees and maintains equal and consistent flow of workload.
