…have. They have taken one step forward, but there always seems to be two steps taken backwards for every one forward. What seems to be the most logical reason why we as Americans do not favor bureaucracies is simply because they are too slow a process and are too costly. And when we can find someone who can change that, is the day we get the best president we've had is a very long time.
