The country of Hoverbeacon has a population of 58 million people. It is ruled by a constitutional monarchy. It is comprised of nine political subdivisions, called states. Section 1. Hoverbeacon shall have an army. The army shall be organized as a
militia.
Section 2. Every Hoverbeacon man must render service to the army at some
time. Certain cases may be approved to not serve.
Article 11
Section 1. If three-fourths of the Parliament votes to remove a member of
Parliament or the Prime minister from office, they will be immediately
retired.
