Censorship in Society
Censorship is defined as the action of stopping the transmission or publication of anything objectionable. (Merriam Webster New American Dictionary) Censorship in society has gone rampant in everything from music, to movies, even to books and the radio. There is some validity to an extent that some music and entertainment is objectionable for young children, it seems unacceptable to keep information form people who would benefit or at least deserve to know

and so they forget about it, because they don't want to be an oddball. The only thing that can come of censorship as strong as it is today, is ignorance, and ignorance only leads to destruction, the only way to protect ourselves form ignorance is to stop censorship and pay more attention to what is truly going on today.
