Aim We are trying to find out how the action of amylase enzyme on starch is influenced by temperature. However, in our results it did show a significant pattern, increasing the temperature decreases the time taken for the two substances to turn a pure yellow. Also we did not indicate the exact yellow of the two substances, we could have put a yellow from a ph indicator to tell us the yellow.
