The Ballistic Lab
In the Ballistic Lab we learned about many new and interesting things. We learned about acceleration due to gravity, or a(g) which is -9.8 m/s^2, its negative because the acceleration is down, now what this tells us is that over a long period of distance the velocity will continually increase but in a negative direction which in this case is down. We learned about Ballistics, which is being kicked, launched,

Value?
3.Acceleration Value?
Well the first question you would simply plug the numbers into the ballistics equation and solve. The answer would be 19.6 meters. The second question you would solve by putting the distance over the time which would give you 9.8 m/s. Finally the acceleration value would be solved by subtracting Vo from Vf and then dividing by t. Vo=19.6m/s Vf=0m/s and t=2 seconds which gives you -9.8 m/s^2.
