Unlike anorexia in this case, the person usually knows that their eating habits are abnormal. They feel disgusted with themselves, and their appearance. They may also experience fear, or guilt after they vomit. This behavior is almost always unnecessary, considering the person is usually at their proper weight, they only think that are overweight.
