I feel I am now more environment-minded, especially when it comes to pollution, cancer, recycling, energy, etc. I find this book a refreshing change from the typical scare tactics of extremists trying to voice their opinion, supported with real and relevant facts and less blinding predisposition. Although The Skeptical Environmentalist is lengthy, I would recommend it to others not only as a distinctive viewpoint and source of valid environmental information from which to base opinions.
